The London Transport Museum is fun for all ages. There are lots of areas for children to enjoy, and adults will find the exhibits interesting as well. Kids under 7 can play in the Family Play Zone. All children under 17 are free.

The photography collection provides a peek into the history of London as well.

My favorite part of the museum was the section with old signage and advertisements. The many posters, leaflets, signs and maps are works of art. I also enjoyed seeing the old turnstyles and tickets, and this video from 1969 explaining the automatic fare collection system.
